I have over 16 years of experience working with people wrestling with these kinds of issues. I find great satisfaction in helping people navigate concerns related to spiritual questioning and transition. It is an honor to work with individuals healing from trauma or who are seeking relief from depression or anxiety. I find my work with couples who are having difficulty communicating, resolving conflict or repairing after betrayal very meaningful.

I believe that life’s hardships can leave us feeling broken and lost. I also trust that therapy provides a setting and the necessary tools for healing and repair. When this happens, we grow stronger and transform in beautiful ways. Using an integrative approach, I consider your individual needs and what modalities can effectively address your concerns.
