I want to work with you to help you feel empowered and in control of your life. I believe therapy is most effective when we work together to identify and build on your natural strengths while also challenging you to reach and maintain your treatment goals. My therapeutic approaches are grounded in evidence-based practices and my personal style is down to earth and direct, yet compassionate and caring.
I am a licensed and experienced therapist specializing in trauma, addictions, and grief. I provide culturally inclusive mental health services across the state of Colorado. It is my mission to provide you and/or your family with the highest quality mental health services personalized to your unique needs and objectives.
I work with individuals and couples experiencing relationship challenges, feelings of anxiety and/or depression, struggles with substance use, grief, or difficulty with traumatic experiences.
