I utilize Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to facilitate awareness of unhelpful thought patterns that keep you emotionally stuck and to facilitate both change and acceptance. I also have experience in ADHD management with individuals of all ages.
