I spent most of my life trying to help people in one way or another. I was working at a school in an underprivileged neighborhood in NYC teaching music and I decided that I wanted to do more. I have a family full of relatives that are in the helping field including my mother, who is a social worker. The path became clear and I knew I could do more as a social work therapist. I wish that all clients knew that they have everything they need inside to live a happy, peaceful life. Therapy is the path to uncovering happiness.
I feel like the company aligns with my values. They are dedicated to providing excellent, quality, care for people seeking mental and emotional healing. Our first session may be a time when you need to just let it all out or we may spend time getting to know more about your history. I am here to be your person and I will meet you wherever you are.
I would hope by the end of our first session we established a relationship and started to build trust. I only work with children in person because I believe they need that personal contact. I work well with anyone who is looking for a partner in their journey to becoming their true self.
