Lisa uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention. She often draws on somatic tools as a component of the therapeutic work. She works with issues of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, anger and OCD. In early June she will add EMDR to her treatment offerings.
