Welcome! Sometimes the first step in overcoming challenges in life, is reaching out for help. I have 26 year of experience and offer a compassionate, empathetic, and an insightful environment. Life can often be difficult and stressful. We may have entered into a relationship with promise, love, and excitement for the future. And yet as time goes on, the challenges, or life's turn of events, can shadow that loving relationship with pain and frustration. Or perhaps, individually we are struggling with personal issues, current events, poor coping skills from family of origins, or life's stresses. I am here to help you !

My approach to therapy is solution-focused and trauma informed. I teach healthy coping skills, including positive communication. I integrate my vast experience and work with you in achieving your goals. We begin by working together to understand the origins of your wounds, struggles and trauma. I specialize in EMDR, Somatic Therapy, and an eclectic style.

Unconscious blocks and self-limiting beliefs can be roadblocks to our own happiness. Willingness to be vulnerable and look inward in creating positive change can be challenging and requires strength. I will walk with you on that journey helping you to resolve resentment, poor coping skills, and painful trauma from the past, and instill a peaceful heart.
