I have over 16 years of experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders, body image, anxiety, depression, self esteem, unhealthy relationships, and life transitions. As a mom myself, I have an interest in supporting women during their journey of motherhood, including infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting and relationships.
My training as a therapist began in early 2000s working at Sheppard Pratt. This was an intense environment and growth and learning happened daily. I have engage in supervision most of my career as I believe we are always growing and learning. I can admit when I don't know something or I am wrong. I am also a board approved supervisor for new counselors. .
I work individually with clients to find what is best for them; collaboration to establish goals and identify individualized strategies to accomplish those goals.
