Hi, I’m Lisa. I’m a psychodynamic therapist offering virtual therapy to adults and adolescents throughout California. I believe that feeling deeply understood can be transformative. Our work together isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about exploring the patterns, relationships, and emotional experiences that shape your inner world so meaningful change can happen. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to you. While my foundation is psychodynamic, I integrate parts work, somatic awareness, and practical coping tools when helpful. I value curiosity, attunement, and creating a space where complexity is welcome.
