My education had a Depth Psychological emphasis, which involves working with the unconscious, archetypes and how we are undeniably connected to the collective, so there will likely be elements of that in our work together. I also strongly believe in the foundation of a person-centered and trauma-informed approach being the cornerstone of any good therapy.
