Meditation Therapy Group Connection
This Meditation Group experience will focus on deepening your understanding of the body/mind connection. You will discover how to develop self-awareness through breathwork, guided meditation, and professional support. These sessions will open new ways to explore your innate wisdom within yourself to facilitate new outlooks for personal change and growth.
