Over the past 31 years, I've offered mental health interventions to people in crisis. The first 20 years were in an Emergency Room providing Psychiatric Social Work, and the last 11 years were spent working as a trauma and couples therapist. Change is real - I observe it daily in my practice.

Walk/Talk, EMDR, and office work - I treat couples and individuals, first responders, church-related trauma, and others with scars from the struggles of life. You are not a diagnosis. You are a person of dignity, with your own history and goals. Your story is sacred, and your value beyond measure.
