My approach is holistic and can include faith-based integration if desired. I work with adults navigating grief, anxiety, depression, self-worth, and life transitions.
As a grief-informed professional with training in complicated grief and trauma-informed care, I help clients understand the impact of loss while honoring their unique path forward. I also offer Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT or “Tapping”), a mind–body approach that supports the nervous system in processing grief, stress and trauma.
