It's not uncommon to search for meaning and understanding during times of loss and transition, whether it be sudden, unexpected, or seen in the distance. The emotions can be all-consuming and may seem confusing, even stifling at times. If you are searching for a safe space to share your feelings and to make meaning of your loss or late-life transition, I'd like to provide that for you. My counseling is tailored to meet you wherever you are on your very unique journey.
As a counselor focusing on issues related to loss, I will work with you to utilize your personal strengths as you navigate your grief journey or a late-life transition. In addition to individual counseling sessions, I offer bereavement groups so that you may experience support and understanding from others grieving the loss of a loved one.
Grief and loss affect each of us, at some point in our lives. Together, we can work through the sadness and pain, and search for peace even in times of change. I look forward to speaking with you and helping you on this part of your journey.
