I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with years of experience helping clients of all ages. I specialize in treating stress, anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, low self-esteem, confidence, grief, and depression.
I completed my Master's degree in Rehabilitative Counseling at the University of Florida and use a variety of treatment approaches, including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and positive psychology.
