I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker committed to creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel completely safe and free to be themselves, without fear of judgment. My approach to therapy is based on the belief that our thoughts significantly impact our mood and behavior, and many of these thoughts are deeply rooted from early childhood. I work with individuals, couples, and families facing anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, and other life challenges.
As the spouse of a military service member, I have developed a profound understanding of the unique challenges and rewards that come with military life and I welcome the opportunity to work with other military spouses, couples and teens. My therapeutic approach is multifaceted in that I use EMDR, CBT, ACT and Solution Focused Therapy interchangeably.
While I am the therapist, I believe that my clients are the experts of their lives. I am merely the passenger, helping you, the driver, navigate this thing we call life. I hope our work together will leave you feeling loved, healed, seen and most importantly, YOU!
