I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Therapist with a background in trauma and teen violence. I am passionate about working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and life-transitions in a collaborative way to help to move them towards self-betterment. I tend to integrate techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and strength-based therapy based on client needs. I collaborate with my clients to identify plans and treatment goals to ensure that their true desires are being met throughout therapy.
