About
Hello and welcome! I am a compassionate, interactive therapist who uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based treatment, to help individuals resolve a variety of life issues. My specialties include anxiety, depression, relationship and intimacy issues, trauma, work-related issues, parenting issues, bereavement/loss, self-esteem, procrastination and more. You can expect to learn practical and efficient tools and strategies that lead to meaningful change, in order to live a happier, more productive life.
I am a licensed psychotherapist in NYS with over 20 years experience working with clients in a variety of settings. I received my graduate education at Hunter College School of Social Work and have a certification in CBT by the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. I am also certified in the new revolutionary TEAM-CBT developed by Dr. David Burns.
