It can be difficult to reach out for help. I hope to make this easier by providing a warm, inviting experience without unnecessary pressure. I believe in allowing my clients to drive their own healing processes through new insight into their problem areas, and by helping them build skills for lasting results. I particularly enjoy working with clients who have never experienced the benefits of therapy. My clients range in age from 22 through 94.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, relationship problems, and other issues that cause personal and family distress. I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds and identities. Currently I provide therapy via telehealth.
I provide a safe space for clients. I'm often told that I'm easy to talk with. I don't judge my clients' life choices. Instead, I walk with them on their journey of healing, and try to help them live life in the most satisfying way possible.
