I work with military & law enforcement families, birthmothers/adoption, and couples, using Flash Technique to gently ease distress as needed.
My own life experiences have deepened my empathy for those carrying trauma, grief, or the unexpected challenges of life. I understand how these experiences can shape the way we cope, connect, and see ourselves. Healing is possible—and reaching out is a courageous first step.
