I have experience working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, addiction, codependency, and other life transitions. I practice from a strength’s based and solution focused framework and have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care.
