I am a Latina Therapist who specializes in relationship concerns, trauma and self worth issues. I practice from an intersectional, relational and social justice point of view and work hard on decolonizing mental health. I am LGBTQIA+ and Poly/CNM affirming and trained. Additionally, I have received specialized training to support individuals navigating neurodiversity, recovering from religious trauma, managing anxiety and depression, and confronting life transitions.
As a therapist I adopt a sex-positive perspective and offer therapy that empowers individuals in their sexual journey. I am also a trained trauma therapist. Currently, I exclusively conduct sessions through telehealth, catering solely to adult clients. I accept the following insurance plans: BCBS, UHC, and Aetna. I also offer sliding scale options.
