My clients are not a diagnosis or an insurance claim. I believe each client is an individual with individual needs. Working together, we will look at what brought you into the counseling room and explore a treatment plan that works specifically for you. I may have fancy letters behind my name, but you know yourself better than I so, I will listen to learn about you. Sometimes, the work will be hard but so is living and dealing with issues that haunt you. I work with diverse issues from depression, anxiety, relationship and self-esteem issues. My specialty areas include PTSD and neurodiversity. With my clients, we work to explore or refine coping skills assisting in making desired life changes.
My desire is to offer quality counseling services at an affordable cost, which is why I take insurance and offer a generous sliding fee scale. I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for help and welcome the opportunity to walk along side with you in your counseling journey.
