I can also help you rebuild your sense of self after grief and loss and/or empower you to step into the most authentic version of you.
Besides being a therapist, educator, and researcher, I have studied spiritual healing, life coaching, hypnotherapy, intuitive methods, meditation, somatic techniques, and trauma therapies.
