I can give you tools that you can use every day. I use and approach addressing the mind, body and spirit. I also use cognitive behavioral therapy with compassion. you can be honest with your feelings with no judgement.
I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, DBT cognitive processing therapy , trauma informed therapy and building trust in relationships. I provide education, materials to read and homework to help you build coping skills.
