I am a licensed mental health counselor in both MA and ME with over 20 years experience, offering counseling to adults, children and families. I have a great deal of experience with working in educational settings with children and families, and have expanded my work to include adults. By creating an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment, we focus on creative solutions together. Taking the first step of seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I hope to provide a space and support to assist clients with creating joy and balance in their lives and relationships.

My goal is to meet clients where they are to help elevate them to the next level in a committed yet light hearted way. By sharing my authentic self, I encourage clients to connect with their authenticity which allows room for growth and desired change.
My approach is holistic, integrative, and collaborative. By creating a warm and supportive environment, my clients feel safe, accepted, and free to share openly and honestly. Clients can expect to come away from sessions feeling motivated, challenged, as well as empowered.
