I specialize in OCD and anxiety, assisting individuals struggling to cope with uncertainty. With OCD, I often work with individuals struggling with intrusive thoughts around various themes, such as related to health, responsibility, and contamination, all centered around the need to feel certain. I see clients with a range of anxiety issues, including those that are generalized, health related, and specific to adjustment (life changes).
I have specialized training in behavioral therapies, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I place importance on developing a strong therapeutic relationship where we can work on how to better respond to worries and intrusive thoughts, learning to tolerate fears of the unknown.
