If you're neurodivergent or in a mixed-neurotype relationship, you may feel drained from trying to fit into systems that weren’t built for how you think or feel. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns of shame, burnout, or disconnection. I offer a space where your experiences are understood and you don’t have to change who you are to feel better. I also support clients who struggle with over perfectionism and emotional over control helping you build emotional safety, expand flexibility, and develop deeper, more authentic relationships that truly support your growth, self-worth, and long-term well-being.
I offer a safe space for clients to unmask and be their authentic selves. Trained in EMDR, RODBT, and the Gottman Method, I make these approaches neurodiversity-affirming and attachment-centered. Therapy is tailored to how you grow best, with practical tools, emotional insight, and support for lasting change.
Taking the first step to reach out can feel overwhelming, but it’s also an important part of creating change. I’m here to offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and work toward helping you feel more connected and confident. Looking forward to working with you!
