As a clinical mental health provider and retired veteran, I have witnessed client reluctance/avoidance in seeking therapy. The most common feedback to reluctance in seeking therapy is cost, fear of being judged, stigma, no connection with the therapist, or in some cases, poor negative experiences with prior therapy. It is my mission to provide an experience for each client that encompasses affordability, hope, dignity, and respect in a collaborative and safe space. My goal is to ensure you feel listened to and understood. My approach is team work and I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.

I support all who struggle regardless of gender identity, race, faith/non, and apply best practices in respecting each person with dignity and compassion in their journey towards wellness. When scheduling minors, I am limited in my scope of practice and do not perform formal testing. Please ask scheduler when booking children with me.
