Perhaps, you grew up in a family or culture where your thoughts, emotions, or body were rejected. Many of my clients come to me because they are seeking to find themselves again and reclaim their needs and desires.
I take a client-centered humanistic approach to individual sessions. What does that mean? Through our confidential and trusted relationship, we create a sacred container where personal growth and change can be nurtured. Because we are social creatures, it seems when we are fully seen, heard, and accepted we can grow in areas where we once felt stuck.
In addition to the sacred container we create together, I also offer therapeutic value through mindfulness, CBT, self compassion work, an attachment lens, as well as EMDR, and "parts" work to gain a better understanding around behaviors or addictive processes that are in the way of being fully you!
