About
Therapy is a path to change, growth and healing and takes intention and courage. There is no single answer on how to work through life’s challenges but with the understanding that therapy is a collaborative and respectful process between the client and therapist, it’s possible to feel safe and open to sharing your life experiences in an effort to gain a deeper insight into your personal issues. When you feel seen, heard and understood in an environment free from judgment, it makes the journey of seeking help a little easier. Guiding people through the process of self-discovery and healing is my ultimate goal as a therapist.
I have over 10 years of multicultural experience helping people navigate and overcome issues such as depression, anxiety, troubled relationships, family issues and grief. I believe that with a heart-led and mind-driven approach, it’s possible to not only change, but thrive.
