As a licensed psychologist, certified school psychologist & licensed behavioral analyst, I treat children, teens and young adults presenting with a wide range of emotional difficulties. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to help gain a deeper understanding of themselves and make effective changes in their lives. In my practice I utilize techniques that help facilitate a change in mindset. I have completed training at Mindful Schools and The Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy among others and I incorporate mindfulness into sessions on an individual basis for interested families.
My approach to treatment varies from client to client and I work to ensure that treatment fits the needs of each individual. I treat children, teens, and young adults with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation issues, OCD, ADHD, autism & other behavioral difficulties that interfere with participating in life activities.
My clinical style is warm and interpersonally engaging, and I consult regularly with other professionals when needed (e.g., schools).
