This life is hard to navigate. As a therapist I am passionate about walking alongside clients in the process of healing from their past, establishing boundaries in the present, and finding their sense of purpose and fulfillment for their future. I love working with clients who are neuro-divergent and client's who have experienced trauma in their childhood. I also love working with people of all ages such as children, adolescents, adults, and couples.

Currently I am a masters level counselor with a preliminary license at Refresh Wellness and Counseling. I am EMDR trained, and use a Developmental, Experiential and Attachment based approach in therapy.
