I provide direct & compassionate, collaborative support. You may identify as a creative, an artist, somatically curious, a spiritual seeker, longing for belonging, neurodivergent, queer, anxious, depressed, navigating shame, grieving, insecure, psychedelically-inclined, powerfully sensitive, emotionally dysregulated, attempting intimacy and deep relationship with self and others, and/or a trauma survivor. I'm here for the stuck parts reaching for clarity & ease. I offer psychotherapy & ketamine-assisted therapy in the Hudson Valley, NY. I see California residents virtually. I am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.
Working w/ me may include elements of: somatic work, expressive arts, IFS, parts work, dream work, emotional regulation/DBT skills, harm reduction, collaborative grounding, and sacred humor. I intend to support an emergent process that leaves clients feeling more alive, authentic, peaceful, and at ease with life decisions and experiences.
I use a variety of approaches depending on the vibe and feedback of the space and clients.
