Direct & compassionate collaborative care. Clients I tend to work with are individuals, couples, and those in relationship who may identify as: creatives, somatically curious, spiritual seekers, longing for belonging, gender expansive, queer, neurodivergent, anxious, depressed, navigating shame, grieving, insecure, psychedelically-inclined, powerfully sensitive, emotionally dysregulated, substance users, those attempting intimacy and deep relationship with others, and/or trauma survivors. I currently see CA clients virtually, & I am offering ketamine-assisted therapy in-person for NY residents. I am also an SEP.

I work in an integrative way - this means I use a variety of approaches depending on the vibe and feedback of the space and clients. My work is informed and influenced by harm reductive concepts, transformative justice, liberatory paradigms, SE, and the eco-therapeutic belief that our suffering generates from the disconnection from the land and each other.

Working w/ me may include elements of: somatic work, expressive arts, IFS, parts work, dream work, emotional regulation/DBT skills, harm reduction, collaborative grounding, and sacred humor. I believe my clients are the experts of their unique experiences, and I maintain an authentically curious nature to explore and better understand inner worlds together.
