Hello. Welcome to my page. My name is Liquita Dage. I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist based in Orange County, California but working with clients statewide via Telehealth to meet their needs. I find that my approach work well with client's who are experiencing a wide range of issues that have them feeling "stuck." It can help treat those who are working through depression, stress, anxiety, panic disorders, addictions, interpersonal and familial relationships.
Basically anyone who is looking to navigate these issues to learn new skills about themselves and how to center themselves to seek the growth needed to move through life. My communication style is always client centered. I allow my clients to find their level of comfort with me so that they are able to be engaged in their own healing.
I am personable but also spend a lot of time listening so that my clients feel heard and supported. I want to create a judgement free zone so that the opportunity is given for my client to feel validated in their thoughts and feeling.
