With fees as low as $10 per session, we work to make talk therapy services available for everyone in the Nashville community. As a center for couples, families, and individuals, Lipscomb Family Therapy Center provides a comfortable and confidential therapy setting to discuss issues you may be struggling with. All LFTC therapist interns provide services on a sliding fee scale that runs from $10 to $50 per session based on client income. At LFTC, we welcome opportunities to work with everyone, regardless of religious or spiritual background. We believe that seeking help shows strength and a commitment to becoming a healthier person.
The therapists interns at LFTC are current students in the master's in marriage and family therapy program at Lipscomb University. The LFTC therapist interns are trained in Prepare/Enrich and Gottman. The M.MFT program at Lipscomb is the only program in Nashville to be accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education.
LFTC therapist interns work under the supervision of AAMFT Approved Supervisors including the Lipscomb University MFT faculty and other licensed mental health professionals, giving LFTC clients the advantage of working with a treatment team as opposed to an individual therapist.
