I use a combination of approaches to explore these tender places, including trauma-specific methods and a post-traumatic growth framework. My approach emphasizes your strengths and offers honesty about areas of potential growth. I combine traditional talk therapy with more experiential approaches to find what works best for the person I am working with.
Together, we will not only work to heal the past, but also strive to increase your sense of joy, resilience, love, connection, and your overall sense of meaning and purpose.
