I adapt my therapeutic approach based on each client's needs, emphasizing safety, science, and individual beliefs to support lasting change. Integrating somatic awareness and human sexuality training, I work with clients ages 10 through adulthood addressing sexual victimization, complex trauma, traumatic grief, life transitions, and relational wounds.
Outside of the counseling room, I am a student, spouse, and researcher who values connection, growth, authenticity, & the messy complexity of being human, and aim to bring that warmth into every session.
