I treat anxiety, depression, trauma and grief & loss which include death/dying, miscarriage, birth trauma, divorce, pet loss, long term illness, chronic pain, role changes/struggles, etc. I treat all forms of grief & loss which can include many things and be unique to each person. The clients I work with want someone who can sit with them and witness the deep, vulnerable and sometimes unexpected places that loss and trauma can take us. They want someone who throws out cultural constraints on what grief/loss is expected to look like, to accept them as they are and believe in their ability to heal.

I am a trained systems counselor and a death doula, which gives me a unique perspective on how I support clients. I am client focused and relational. The client and therapist relationship is integral to healing. I will support you as you navigate your deep feelings and once you feel held and supported, we will begin to make meaning and to welcome healing.

You may be feeling isolated, overwhelmed, scared and in pain. I am here so you do not have to go this alone. It is brave to look at your trauma, grief, anxiety and depression. With time and attention your relationship with yourself will shift and grow and you will begin to welcome all parts of yourself, and we will invite them in with respect & gratitude.

Psychodrama allows clients to get in touch with their inner child, to form corrective experiences and to have conversations with people in our lives to begin healing.
