Hi, I'm Linsey (she/her/they/them). I'm a therapist with a focus on the intersectionality of LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and BIPOC populations. I use CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches, but I place emphasis on ensuring the approach is the best fit for you. Whether we're working through anxiety, depression, gender identity, relationships, or trauma, my focus is making sure therapy adapts to your life. When I'm not practicing, I'm with my partner and two cats, curled up with a good book.
