As a somatic IFS (Internal Family Systems) Level 2 therapist, a mind-body approach supports healing on multiple levels; understanding the experience of Self in context with inner, intergenerational, societal and ecological systems.
You will improve your relationship with yourself and your unfolding experience by gently integrating emotions and physical symptoms with breath-work, muscle relaxation, yoga stretching, bilateral movement, guided visualization, compassion, and meditation. These trauma-informed somatic modalities are combined with cognitive therapy and intuitively guided.
