A somatic approach to Internal Family Systems, IFS, facilitates deep healing and change.
My work as a Reiki practitioner informs a mind/body approach. Relaxation techniques including deep breathing, grounding/walking meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, and guided imagery are just some of the mindfulness-based skills that may work for you. These body-oriented techniques can help shift the relationship to symptoms that once felt intolerable.
