Linnette strives to get to the heart of the client's issues & help them set goals for healing & growth, providing them with essential tools to aid the healing & growth process.
Issues Linnette addresses are anxiety, depression, panic, trauma, relationship issues, grief, domestic violence trauma, etc. While she does not specialize in addiction, she addresses issues that lead to addiction, which helps clients overcome it. She also provides group counseling & psycho-educational groups for clients, loved ones, & lay counselors.
Life is full of challenges, uncertainties, difficult relationships, rejection, traumatic experiences, & loss of all kinds.
