My approach is warm and relational first, because healing happens within trusted connection. My work is evidence-based and integrative: I draw on Internal Family Systems (parts work), person-centered therapy, mindfulness, psychodynamic insight, somatic awareness (the mind-body connection), and trauma-informed practices to meet your unique needs.
I work primarily with teens, young adults, college students, parents, working professionals and LGBTQ+ clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, identity development, and life transitions, including the lasting impact of childhood and relational experiences.
