I love working with couples! A flourishing relationship gives us access to a more fulfilled life. When we feel seen, understood and supported...we thrive! In couples work, we better our skills in communication, vulnerability and emotional regulation...the result: more empathy, patience, forgiveness, tolerance and resiliency during painful anger, conflict and difference. It is my sole purpose to help individuals cultivate meaningful connection and trust within themselves and their partners. Don't let old stories and stuck behavior keep you from learning, expanding and healing. I do believe in hope and transformation!
To better understand who I am as therapist, it is important to know that I am a somatic informed therapist. What does that mean? It means I enjoy and trust working with non-verbal cues and expression as a way to deepen experience. When we listen and work with the body, we have access to more resource and wholeness. We are more than just our thoughts!
