I believe everyone has the ability to achieve an internal state of calm-happiness. We want to be thriving, not just getting through the day. But often, we need a little extra help to achieve that. I work with adults that struggle with feeling overwhelmed and burnt out- those who overthink and criticize themselves, and struggle to stop. I strive to create a supportive energy in the therapy room, where we can explore what brought you to this place and what needs to happen to get where you want to be. Together, we can achieve thriving.
I value creating a genuine connection with my clients and I want you to feel comfortable, heard, and valued in every therapy session. I take an individualized approach to the therapeutic journey, using frameworks including CBT, ACT, and Rogerian therapy. As a 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher, I also value holistic wellness and developing overall wellbeing.
