Hi! I work with deeply feeling adults, caregivers, and couples who are navigating burnout, anxiety, and relationship stress, often while holding a lot for others. Many are parents of neurodivergent kids, helping or caring professionals, or partners trying to reconnect. I help untangle patterns shaped by trauma, people-pleasing, or overfunctioning, and support clients in building boundaries, emotional clarity, and relational strength. My approach is warm, reflective, relationally grounded—and I’m not afraid to bring in a little humor when it helps.
Together, we will get curious on past experiences & patterns and provide support them in building emotional clarity, boundaries, and resilience. My work is reflective, relational, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel seen, safe, and supported enough to be our full selves.
