I have provided therapy services to adults and children in the Butte County community for 20 years. I provide therapeutic treatments that decrease stress, anxiety, depression, and effects of past and current traumas. Therapy will also increase positive behaviors, problem-solving skills, self-worth, communication, anger-management and parenting skills .
Much of my work focuses on trauma related therapies. I have been EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) trained since 2009 and EMDR certified since 2014. I am also a US Navy Veteran.
