Hi, I'm Linnae Taylor, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping individuals navigate trauma, life stressors, and emotional challenges in a supportive and empowering environment. I work with adults, teens, and children specializing in trauma-focused care, anxiety, depression, PTSD, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborate and individualized. I understand that healing and navigating life challenges looks different to everyone, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected and genuinely heard. I integrate evidence-based approaches including EMDR Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Written Exposure Therapy (WET), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic techniques, and mindfulness-based strategies depending on each client's goals and comfort level.
