Life is hard, whether hindered by challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life stressors & changes, or trauma, or simply wanting to become a better version of yourself. I help individuals & couples (Gottman Method Level 1) find direction and improve their lives. Often, my clients will come to me knowing there is a problem, but maybe aren't sure where to begin. It is my joy to help you sort through it all and find your unique path forward. We gather information, set goals, and get to work. When you are motivated to search within and make the necessary changes to thrive, the sky is the limit!
I join my clients in their journey of growth and meet them where they are. I believe that people are the experts of their own lives, and use this expertise to highlight strengths and encourage them to do more of what is already working. I work from a trauma-informed lens that values safety, connection, and trust and use this way of being in all sessions.
Reaching out and seeking help can be overwhelming. You might know something is off, but don't know what. My ultimate goal is to make therapy safe, comfortable, and productive. I can help you dig through challenges and find the core to your struggles. Then, we can create goals and work toward a better you. I would love to help you love therapy!
